Where most companies recognize top performers based on sales or productivity, we’ve decided to recognize individuals who most represent our values. On a monthly basis, we identify one individual who has exhibited a value that month and share their accomplishments with the organization.

In addition, we implemented our annual values winners which included receiving nominations across the organization for those that most represent each value in their day to day actions. These employees were recognized publicly across the organization, received a monetary award, a plaque and even a gold name badge so our patients can share in their success.
