Yes, we require a physician referral for every patient regardless of treatment.

We accept most major commercial insurances, including Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross/BlueShield,
Cigna, Coventry, Humana, Tricare, Multi-Plan, and United Health Care, Medicare, Medicaid and self-pay.

You may also contact us to confirm that we accept your insurance plan ifit is not listed.

We can also accept HSA (health savings account) cards at time of infusion and we also accept Cherry financing/payment plans as well. Apply here!

IV League Infusion Services team of insurance experts will obtain prior authorization from your insurance provider, confirming your prescribed treatment is covered, and will help identify any drug assistance programs and pharmaceutical rebates that may apply, to help make your treatment as affordable as possible.

Switching your ongoing infusion or injection treatment to IV League is easy.

As a first step, fill out the New Patient Inquiry form on our website, and a member of our team will be in touch with you.

We will then contact your physician for your medication orders, details about your health insurance plan, and other information such as your demographics, vitals, labs, and certain clinical data to authorize your treatment.

Once we have everything from your doctor, IV League will contact your insurance provider to obtain a prior authorization.

Once we receive the prior authorization, we can order your medications and schedule your infusion for a time that is convenient for you.

IV League Infusion Services centers are only by appointment only- with availability seven days a week.

It depends on the treatment you are receiving and how well your body tolerates it. Most appointments require 30 minutes to 2 hours. You can call or email us if you have any specific questions.

During your treatment, you can relax in our heated massage recliners with cozy blankets and pillows, watch one of our TV’s, read, sleep, utilize our free high-speed WIFI on your own device, or on a tablet and headphones we will provide for your use, and enjoy your favorite programs and movies on our wide selection of streaming services. We also offer free snacks and beverages and IV warming for your comfort.

Yes. IV League Infusion Services can utilize your existing IV site to administer your therapy.

IV League Infusion Services follows all of the same regulatory guidelines and safety standards as your physician’s office and most hospitals. All infusions are administered using state-of-the-art IV infusion pumps to ensure safe and controlled delivery of your treatment.

IV League Infusion Services administers All Intravenous Therapies safely in accordance with the standards of care and protocols of the National Infusion Center Association, The Infusion Nurse’s Society, Institute for Safe Medication Practices and National Association of Specialty Pharmacy.

IV League Infusion Services maintains a low patient-to-nurse ratio, ensuring a level of oversight and rapid response necessary if you experience any adverse event from your treatment. Our physician supervisors are available to us should a problem arise with your infusion.

In addition, our team is trained in administering basic life support and anaphylaxis protocol.

Yes. Your caregiver or family member may sit with you during your infusion. Your guest is also welcome to sit in our waiting room.
We definitely recommend having someone drive you to and from your first few appointments until you know how your body will tolerate your treatment.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes. Some special considerations: avoid sleeves that are too tight that may restrict access to start your IV or the flow of your infusion. Also, fi you have a port or central line, it would be easiest fi you wore a button- up shirt or a shirt with a lower neckline so we can easily access the site.

In addition, when compared to outpatient hospital infusion clinics, IV League Infusion Services saves you money on every single visit. You won’t be charged a facility fee for simply sitting at our center, and even your co-pay may be lower when receiving your infusions at IV League.
